Returns / Order Cancellations

If you've received a product / part which you'd like to return, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accept the merchandise back if we are contacted within 14 days of the day it was delivered. If it's within the 14 days, we will issue an RMA Number to include with your return. If we determine the product was defective, we will issue a full refund (less shipping / handling). If you'd prefer the item be exchanged, we will not issue a refund but instead we will gladly replace the shipment. For items returned which we determine are not defective, the same poilicy applies however there will be a 15% non-refundable restocking fee and the shipping / handling is non-refundable.


Warranty for New / Used Parts / Accessories

All of our Brand New / Used Parts / Accessories carry a 90 Day Warranty through us. If a part fails, please contact us so we can arrange for it to be returned. We will inspect the part upon it's arrival. If we determine the failure was caused by any of the following, the part / accessory will not be warrantied: Improper Installation, Liquid Damage, Sand Damage, Neglect and / or Physical Abuse. If the failure was not as a result of any of those instances, the part will be replaced under warranty. We will not cover consequential damages nor will we cover any labor costs involved to remove / re-install parts.


Warranty for Complete Service / Repair Packages

If your Canon was Serviced / Repaired by us, we will warranty both our parts / labor for a period of 90 Days from the date the work was completed. We will not warranty any Service / Repair that we determine was damaged as a result of: Impact Damage, Liquid Damage, Sand Damage, Neglect and / or Physical Abuse. Furthermore, while we are extremely careful with the handling of every camera, we can not be held responsible if the customer claims there is new cosmetic scratches or wear on a previously used camera. The likelyhood of that happening is very slim however, since the camera has been previously used, we will not be held responsible for wear that the customer claims was not there previously. Once the Service / Repair is Completed on your Canon, you have the option to extend the coverage on the product for a Full One (1) Year. This additional coverage is optional, however, it not only covers the Service / Repair that we did, it actually extends across the whole camera only excluding a failure caused by any of the following: Impact Damage, Liquid Damage, Sand Damage, Neglect and / or Physical Abuse.
